19 – Clearing feelings of lack

I don’t know about you, but when I first started this process, there were so many things that could bring down my high vibrating emotions and bring on a feeling lack as more of a dominant emotion.

When I was feeling this lack, I seemed to have an awful lot of sales people around me trying to get me to buy stuff and really making me feel that lack.  You don’t want to tell them you don’t want to buy because you have no money because that only intensifies the feeling and puts you in that vibration.  Friends who tend to boast a lot was another scenario that could create a feeling of lack.  And then there’s what you feel you need to keep up with the Joneses!

So what do you do?

  1. First, you want to clear the feeling of lack.  That can be done with a EFT statements much like these:
    Even though I don’t have the money to buy these things that people are trying to sell me, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and realize I have everything I need.Even though I may be late on my bills, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and realize the possibilities in this universe are endless and that when I feel good just where I’m at, they turn up all over the place.Even though other people might have things that I don’t, I love and accept myself and am grateful for all that I have and that these people might be the example of the abundance that is possible in this world and if they can achieve it, so can I.

    Even though it feels like I’m never going to be where I want to be, I love and accept myself, including this place where I’m at right now, realizing there is perfect timing in this universe and everything will be fine.  When I relax into that, I align with my purpose, clearing the resistance that holds me in a tough spot and I allow the gifts into my life that are mine.

    Then tap on the points saying “clearing this feeling of lack”

  2. Complete step 2 of the form by realizing what you don’t want, which may be sales people bugging you, or to feel obligated to over spend or to envy others for what they have.
  3. Decide what you do want, which may be to be strong enough to simply say no to sales people because you don’t want or need what they have to offer, or that your boasting friend talk about different subjects, or that you caught up on your bills.
  4. Get into vibration by remembering a time when things worked out even when they seemed difficult, or by asking yourself “If I were to feel the abundance that is mine… the abundance that on its way to me, what would that be like?”  After you ask the question, notice what happens in your body.
  5. And then ask “If I were to notice the signs of my abundant life, how would that happen?”
  6. At this point you may “notice” that this has helped you clear your feeling of lack!

The tough thing about feelings of lack is that they can creep up again.  This may be a form you want to keep available to use daily.  There may be other aspects of the lack that come up and limiting beliefs that need to be reversed when you experience them.

    I did this 3 times!!!! I am trying to notice but I feel actually hopeful. I feel less anxious.

    So I did this exercise last night 3 times ( see above comment ) and today I made some money by selling something on Craigslist. Mind you, I had been trying to sell this particular item for weeks and nobody seemed interested in it, will the person who wanted to buy it asked me if I could possibly go a little bit lower on the price, I said “Sure!” – and it was a quick sale. Now I got some extra spending money. Yay

      That’s great, Sophia! You’re getting the hang of this. The more you do it and have positive results, the more quickly you were learn that you can have even better than you think you can have and then you’ll really start manifesting abundance!
